Engraving and milling

CNC engraving and milling work is needed when a precise part of complex shape has to be made from sheet material or a relief engraving has to be applied. We do milling and engraving in Tiraspol on our own CNC milling machine. We mill and engrave plastic, acrylic, composite, wood, MDF and soft metals. This is how parts for signs and 3D letters, plates, decorative elements and housings are made. Milling complements laser cutting: for each material and thickness we choose the right processing method. The cost depends on the material, thickness and machining length, and we calculate it from your layout. How it works: request and file, cost calculation, approval, then milling. If you do not have a drawing, our designers will prepare one from a sketch or sample, and finished parts can be complemented with UV printing or film covering. Milling is done on our own 6KW LR-2030 CNC machine and laser cutting on a JW1325-C-150W CO2 machine, so the best technology can be chosen for each part.
